I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Debora Wayne for the past eleven weeks in the Pain Free Living Program. Here are a few ways in which my life has changed:

•I no longer feel that I have to do everything perfectly, in the right order, and that if I don’t, I may as well not.

•After months of virtually no physical exercise, in the past two weeks I have missed only three days, and this was when I had no time or listened to my body and decided to have a break.

My husband, who hasn’t had any exercise in the past couple of years (other than taking a very old dog for a walk) has started exercising regularly. I asked him had I inspired him, and he said yes!

•When I feel out of sorts I have so many tools now that I can apply, and I start to feel better immediately!

* I knew this before but now I truly KNOW that we are not done or finished, that we continue to learn and grow as long as we are alive

•Most importantly I have made some amazing new friends.
All my life I have felt a bit like an outsider, not having people in my life that truly understood the journey I am on.
Now I am no longer alone, even though these new friends are halfway around the world.

"I came into this program wanting physical transformation, that has happened and still happening, but the mental came first.

I am completely changed mentally and emotionally, I'm such a different version of my former self.   I've gone from fearful to optimistic, I don't engage the past, nor worry the future (sure thoughts come up, but no charge).     I am calm and peaceful most of the time, I am so much more spiritually connected/centered, my faith and trust is palpable .

I used to 'crash' daily with my fatigue, where I couldn't stand anymore, laying on the couch, unable to get up; daily naps for 1-2 hours, couldn't play with my boys for more than 10 minutes without suffering; every errand wore me out completely.   NOW, I have energy, it lasts all day. 

I'm playing in the street with my boys for 30-45 minutes, running even, not ever having to lean over in fatigue or dizziness. My boys have their daddy back, and that means everything to me.

 I started yoga last week and it's a tough workout.  I feel great, no adverse effects (not supposed to be the case with CFS and Hashimoto's).

Last night I was talking to my brother (we're very close and he witnessed a lot of my illness) and yesterday I sent him a picture of my youngest son and me together, and my brother said excitingly, "Bro, that's the best I've seen you look in over 10 years."   Just from a picture he saw that I had changed.

I am so blessed and I have my life back, I can't even describe what this feels like. I am humbled and grateful to you Debora, and to all my new friends. This journey could not have happened alone!!! 

As a result of Debora's Pain Free Living Program® my eyesight has improved dramatically.
Now I am also attracting more business clients.
I realized that some of my beliefs that went back to childhood were affecting me.
I experienced an integration of body, mind and spirit. I feel grounded, and my Quantum gifts are all coming online.

About 2 1/2 years ago I was hit with chronic pain and IBS so severe I thought I was dying; two conditions I had never had before.

I always maintained that if I could suddenly get them, then I could make them all go away. Through several healing methods I slowly improved, but I
still suffered daily and was very tired.

Debora helped me discover what my issues came from, how to get rid of them and prevent them from returning. I'm now leading a normal life, forgetting about pain most of the day.
